Many miss Jim. Family and friends still feel his loss. He
always walked in the door with a big smile and a willingness to help. My
parents still receive cards from Jim’s friends on the anniversary of his
death. Jim’s parents, George and Audrey Schlossnagle, still reside on
Liberty Parkway in Dundalk.
After high school, Jim served two years in Vietnam. Upon
return from Vietnam, he married Pat, had two children, became one of the
youngest Captains in the Baltimore County Fire Department and sold real
estate. Shortly after his divorce, he died of lung cancer at age 44. Pat
and his children are doing well and live in Baltimore County.
